In August 2023, WEILAN raised over 100 million in series A1 funding. The company provides AI robots, BabyAlpha, for family life scenarios. BabyAlpha is a quadrupedal robot with balance ability, obstacle-crossing ability, locomotion, and vision. BabyAlpha can perform multiple functions, including companion and care baby, pet entertainment, education and learning for students, home security monitoring, and intelligent housekeeper.
Besides, BabyAlpha can self-charging. The BabyAlpha Air and BabyAlpha Pro sold for CNY 9,999 and CNY 12,999, respectively.
