Based in Virginia, US, and founded in 1995 by Sue Hall, Kerry Wisnosky, and Brian McKee, Millennium Engineering and Integration (MEI) Company specializes in space systems, weapon systems, and advanced technologies. The company has supported previous missions and projects of various government agencies including the Army, Air Force, Navy, Missile Defense Agency, Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Secretary of Defense, NASA, and other government and commercial organizations. MEI has established various offices in 7 different states across the US including California, Florida, Alabama, Virginia, Colorado, Maryland, and New Mexico. The company's management is being led by its current president and CEO, Patrick Murphy.

In February 2021, Millennium Engineering and Integration Company announced it has merged with QuantiTech LLC to operate as a combined company. Millennium Engineering and Integration Company primarily provides engineering services and solutions to 5 key markets which include space, defense, intelligence, aviation, and cybersecurity. By utilizing its hardware/software products, MEI is able to provide subject matter expertise and engineering expertise in all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle – from concept development through operational testing engineering services provider to the U. S.

Government and commercial industry. Following the merger with QuantiTech LLC, Millennium Engineering and Integration Company plans to increase its scale and depth of service offerings to continue supporting missions of the U. S. Government and commercial clients.
