raised USD 1 billion in series H funding led by Tiger Global Management, with participation from AMD Ventures, Benchmark, Fidelity Investments, Atreides Management, Alpha Wave Global, Altimeter Capital, Coatue Management, 1789 Capital, and other unspecified investors. In February 2026, Cerebras Systems Inc. raised USD 1 billion in series H funding to support its continued expansion.
